Is it worth the money?
For the American Dream and the soft-serve, yes. Disney Food Blog (December 2024) came away unexpectedly impressed: the American Dream fun and right for a hot day, the soft-serve among the best in the parks, and the hot dog good but pricey. Prices have barely moved since: the American Dream was $7 then.
Who it’s right for
A cold drink or a turkey leg on the walk round World Showcase.
Who it’s wrong for
A full meal. Regal Eagle Smokehouse, in the same pavilion, is the counter for barbecue.
What is actually good
The American Dream at $6.99, frozen Fanta Wild Cherry and Blue Raspberry layered with vanilla ice cream, is sold only here. Plain slushies are $6.29 and a root beer float $6.79.
To eat, the jumbo turkey leg is $14.99, the same as at Liberty Square Market in Magic Kingdom. A hot dog with chips is $11.29, a Mickey-shaped pretzel with cheese sauce $8.49, soft-serve in a waffle cone $6.29 and popcorn $5.99.
