What these prices are
Published rack rates, from our own dated price record. 17 of the 41 resorts here carry an observed rate for a standard room across Disney’s four rate seasons; the rest are Deluxe Villas and the Disney Springs area hotels, which have no standard room to observe, so those cards show the figure from the resort’s own page and say so. Rates exclude tax, and they are what Disney publishes rather than what everybody pays: discounts, annual passholder rates and packages all move the real number.
Sleeps is the standard room’s stated maximum. Family suites and villas sleep more and cost more, and where a resort has both, the figure here is the standard room. A family of five is genuinely short of options at Walt Disney World, and that is the single most useful thing this filter tells you.
