Il Mulino New York Trattoria
The short answer
The Swan's Italian dinner room, a sibling of the Greenwich Village original. Eight pastas average $28.62 and are the value; thirteen mains average $43.92, lifted by a $71 filet and a $65 ribeye. Tables of four or more can order family-style at about half the plate price. No Disney dining plan, MagicBands or Disney gift cards.

Is it worth the money?
Yes, for pasta, and especially for groups. The steaks are priced for a different restaurant.
Order pasta. $28.62 on average, with nothing over $31, in a Crescent Lake dinner room within walking distance of EPCOT. Tutto Italia's five pastas, inside the park, averaged $30.60 on Disney's menu two days earlier — close, but Il Mulino needs no park ticket.
Groups of four or more should read the family-style section first. Pasta at $15 to $16 a person and starters at $10 to $13 is how a table of four eats here for under $50 each.
Skip the $65 and $71 steaks. They are the menu's outliers — twice the price of the chicken — and the Crescent Lake steakhouses exist for that.
Disney's page carries the Swan's payment rule. Il Mulino "does not participate in any of the Disney dining plans and does not accept MagicBands, Disney Gift Cards or any other Disney stored value cards." The Swan is Marriott-operated.
Recent reviews are warm. Disney Food Blog reviewed it in July 2026 as the place to walk to when EPCOT's Italy pavilion lets you down. AllEars reviewed it in January 2025 as the place to go for upscale Italian at Walt Disney World.
Who it’s right for
Groups of four or more, who can use the family-style menu. Pasta eaters. Anyone staying on Crescent Lake who wants Italian without a park ticket. Vegetarians, who get four real mains.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone on a Disney dining plan, or paying with Disney gift cards. Anyone who wants a steak dinner, which costs $74 to $75 here. Anyone driving in for lunch — it is dinner only, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
What is actually good
Read from Disney's listing of Il Mulino's dinner menu on 13 September 2026. It differs from the operator's own March 2026 menu, which this page used before; the figures below are Disney's.
Eight pastas, $26 to $31, averaging $28.62. Penne Rigate is $26, Spaghetti Carbonara $27 and Ravioli al Formaggio $28. Gnocchi Bolognese, Ravioli Cacio e Pepe and Rigatoni con Funghi are $29, Linguine alle Vongole $30 and Risotto con Funghi $31. There are also four pizzas at $20 to $22.
Thirteen mains, $31 to $71, averaging $43.92, with a $41 median. The grill pulls the average up: a filet medallion with mushrooms at $71 and a ribeye at $65, with a pork chop at $39. Chicken runs $31 to $35 (Fra Diavolo, Scarpariello, Parmigiana), fish $38 to $41 (shrimp Francese, salmon, branzino) and veal $41 to $48.
Eight antipasti, $15 to $27. Arancini are $15 and calamari fritti $19; the cured-meat platter for two is $27. Salads are $15 to $16 and soups $11.
Family style, for tables of four or more, priced per person. Gnocchi Bolognese and rigatoni with mushrooms are $16, penne $15, calamari $13, salads $11 and arancini $10. These are shares of a platter, and the menu does not say how large, so they are not the same as ordering a plate each. For a group, though, the per-person pasta price is roughly half the plate price.
The menu contradicts itself on the service charge. Its insert says a taxable 18% "Staff Service Charge" applies to parties of six or more, or when a check is not settled before departure. It says the charge is "distributed entirely to service staff" and that "additional gratuities are not expected". The footer on every other page says the same 18% "can be adjusted at your discretion". Ask which applies before you sign.
Disney bands it $$$, "$35 to $59.99 per adult". The $43.92 average main sits inside that band. Every pasta is below it, and the two grill steaks are above it.
Portions
Italian-American portions, generous for the pastas and the chicken. A pasta and an antipasto is a full dinner for most adults. The family-style section is built for groups, and its per-person pricing tells you it is designed for a table sharing several dishes.
Allergies and dietary needs
Reasonable. Gluten-free pasta is available on request, according to the menu. For vegetarians there is the penne, rigatoni with mushrooms, ricotta ravioli and eggplant ricotta, plus salads and sides, which is more than most steak-led Italian rooms offer. The minestrone contains pancetta, and the Amatriciana is built on it — not obvious from the dish names.
