Is it worth the money?
Yes, and its most famous item divides people. Melissa had her first skolebrød in February 2026 and said it does not disappoint, not too sweet, and wondered why she had waited so long to try it. Sunshine Whispers (July 2026) rates it three out of five and no longer orders it, because she dislikes custard pastries, but gives the Norwegian kringla five out of five and calls the bakery an automatic stop.

What is actually good
Skolebrød at $5.49, a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut, is the famous one. The Norwegian kringla, a pretzel-shaped pastry with sweet fondant, raisins and chocolate, is $7.49. Lefse, soft flatbread rolled with cinnamon, sugar and butter, is $3.99, rice cream with strawberry sauce $4.29, and Verden's Beste Kake $4.89.
To drink, the Cold Crumb, coconut cold brew with vanilla custard foam inspired by school bread, is $6.29, and the Kristoff Kaffe frozen coffee $6.99. For adults there are Nordic draft beers from $12.25 and the Viking Coffee at $16.50. Prices from Disney's menu, 13 September 2026.
