Is it worth the money?
Yes, for the setting as much as the tacos.
Disney Food Blog calls it one of the best places in EPCOT for nachos or tacos, with lagoon views from the tables at the edge and, if you time it right, a seat for the evening fireworks. The catches are the ones it names: all the seating is outside, there is no guaranteed table, and it gets busy — though still faster than a sit-down meal. On particularly hot days, it says, Disney sometimes opens the La Hacienda dining room to Cantina diners at lunch.
Who it’s right for
Anyone after tacos or nachos with a lagoon view, and groups staking out a fireworks spot in the evening.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone who needs air conditioning or a guaranteed seat.
What is actually good
Tacos are the order: Tacos de Pollo at $15.75, Tacos de Camarón at $16, Tacos de Barbacoa at $16.50, or a Taco Trio at $16.25.
The Arroz Bowl is $15 with grilled chicken or $15.75 with barbacoa or shrimp; Nachos are $15.75, Empanadas con Queso $15, and Guacamole with Totopos $12.50. Churros are $6.50 and the Churro Sundae $7.99. Prices checked 12 September 2026, from Disney's own menu.
Portions
Generous for a counter: a taco plate or nacho platter is a full meal. Kids' tenders, tacos or macaroni and cheese are $9.50.
