STK Steakhouse

The lounge-style steakhouse at Disney Springs' Landing, and one of the two most expensive dinners there. Thirteen steaks run $49 to $160, averaging $88.46. Every side is $19, and non-steak entrées average $57.62. Disney bands it "$35 to $59.99 per adult"; eleven of the thirteen steaks cost more than $59.99. No Disney dining plan.

Is it worth the money?
For a steakhouse night out with a budget to match, yes. As a Disney dinner for a family, it is the wrong room.
Budget from the menu, not the band. A table of two sharing a 14oz strip and a 10oz filet with two sides comes to $183 before a drink, tax or tip. Disney's $35 to $59.99 band describes nothing on the steak list.
It does not take the Disney dining plan. Disney's own page marks it "Dining Plan Meals Not Accepted".
Deals have existed. In June 2025 the Disney Food Blog reported a $69 "Steak Night America" prix fixe from Sunday to Thursday, and a weekday happy hour with appetisers at $3, $6 and $9. Neither appears on Disney's menu page in September 2026. Ask when booking before you plan around either.
Against Bourbon Steak across Disney property: STK's steaks average $88.46, and Bourbon Steak's sixteen mains averaged $87.50 when we read its menu — closed since a June kitchen fire. They are the two most expensive steak dinners at Walt Disney World, within a dollar of each other.
Who it’s right for
Adults on a steakhouse night. Anyone who wants a lounge atmosphere at Disney Springs. Groups sharing a tomahawk or a shellfish platter.
Who it’s wrong for
Families with young children. Anyone on a Disney dining plan. Vegetarians. Anyone who budgets from Disney's price band.
What is actually good
Read from Disney's own dinner menu on 12 September 2026.
Thirteen steaks, $49 to $160, averaging $88.46. An 8oz Steakhouse Skirt is $49, and a 6oz filet $59. An 8oz Australian flat iron is $69, a 14oz New York strip $71, a ribeye spinalis $73, and a 10oz filet $74. The 10oz ribeye filet is $83, the 14oz bone-in filet $88, the 18oz dry-aged bone-in strip $92, and the 16oz "Cowgirl" bone-in ribeye $98. The dry-aged cuts go further: a 14oz Delmonico at $112, a 28oz porterhouse at $122, and a 34oz tomahawk at $160. Japanese A5 is sold by the ounce, strip at $39 and filet at $44.
Eight other entrées, $50 to $66, averaging $57.62. Free-range chicken is $50, braised short rib $51 and maple-rubbed salmon $52. A truffle tagliatelle is $55, miso Chilean sea bass $58, and halibut fish and chips $63. Lobster linguini and a lamb rack are $66 each. Two surf-and-turf plates are $79 and $89.
Sides are extra, and every one is $19 — mashed potatoes, tots, truffle fries, corn pudding, brussels sprouts, asparagus, creamed spinach, market vegetables, mushrooms, mac and cheese. Bacon mac is $22 and lobster mac $32. The cheapest steak with one side is $68.
Eight starters, $24 to $39 — Caesar $25, wagyu sliders $26, calamari and burrata $28, tuna tartare $31, crab cake $39. Oysters are $29 a half-dozen. A shellfish platter is $54, with a two-person minimum.
Several items print no price on Disney's menu, including the jerk swordfish, crab fritters, a Cubano, coconut rum cake and key lime pie.
Disney bands it $$$, "$35 to $59.99 per adult". The band is badly wrong here. Eleven of the thirteen steaks cost more than $59.99, and so do three of the eight other entrées.
Portions
Steakhouse portions: the steak arrives alone and the sides are sized to share at the table. At $19 each, two sides for a table of two is the realistic order.
Allergies and dietary needs
Thin for vegetarians — the mushroom and truffle tagliatelle at $55 is the only meatless entrée, with the burrata, salads and vegetable sides around it. Shellfish runs through the raw bar and the platters. Speak to a cast member for allergies.
