Is it worth the money?
If you are already in Fantasyland, yes. Sunshine Whispers (July 2026) rates the Rapunzel Sundae five out of five and says it would order it again without hesitation, with the Aurora Cone a step behind at four. The same review says it is not worth crossing the park for, and that seating nearby is limited.

A sit-down dessert in Fantasyland, and a child who wants the princess-coloured cone.
Who it’s wrong for
Pineapple Dole Whip, which is at Aloha Isle in Adventureland.
What is actually good
The Rapunzel Sundae at $8.79 is shortcake with Dole Whip lemon and wild berry soft-serve, berry compote, whipped cream and sugar flowers. The Aurora Cone, Dole Whip strawberry and blue soft-serve with white chocolate crisp pearls in a sugar cone, is $6.29.

Allergies and dietary needs
Dole says its fruit flavours are dairy-free, gluten-free and suitable for a vegan diet, but both signature items combine Dole Whip with other soft-serve or shortcake that Disney's menu does not label. Disney publishes no allergy-friendly menu for Storybook Treats, so ask at the window.
