Is it worth the money?
Yes — the safest bet in EPCOT for a group.
Disney Food Blog names the barbacoa and the seasonal shakes as the famous dishes, praises the choice and the vegetarian options, and says the seating is plentiful, which is why it suits large groups. Its two cautions: each of the four counters has its own line, so agree where to meet, and at prime times it is hectic — a cafeteria, not a quiet meal.
