Is it worth the money?

Yes, if you want fish and chips — which is all it sells. Disney Food Blog notes umbrella-topped outdoor tables steps away, a line that is usually long but moves quickly, and Mobile Order, though you may still queue briefly to collect. It also suggests it, with La Cantina de San Angel, when you want a quick meal with a view.
