How does the EPCOT Cookie Stroll work?
The Holiday Cookie Stroll is a food passport that runs the length of EPCOT's Festival of the Holidays. Pick up a festival passport at the park entrance and turn to the back page, where the thirteen participating cookies are listed. Buy a cookie, get a stamp, and once you have five stamps you redeem the completed page for a prize.
The cookies are charged individually — the stroll is not an add-on ticket, it is a reason to buy five cookies.
Do the five cookies have to be different?
No, and that is the thing most people get wrong about the stroll. Five stamps completes the page whether they come from five different cookies or five helpings of the one you liked best. Nothing on the passport requires variety, and cast members stamp repeat purchases without comment.
If the peanut butter cookie is the one, buy it five times.
How long does the full Cookie Stroll take?
Five stamps is comfortably an afternoon, because three of the thirteen cookies are at CommuniCore Hall before you even reach World Showcase. Doing all thirteen is a different proposition: it took us five hours with a couple of short breaks, and the queues are part of that.
Nothing about the stroll needs to happen in one visit — the passport stays valid for the whole festival, so you can collect across several days.

Every cookie on the 2025 stroll, tasted in one day. Locations matter as much as flavours here: the first three are indoors at CommuniCore Hall, which is why the stroll is much faster to finish than it looks on a map.

Which Cookie Stroll cookies are worth it?
The ginger molasses at CommuniCore Hall was the best of the thirteen — soft, thick, and the cream cheese icing keeps it from being too sweet. The maple leaf shortbread in Canada came second, and the peanut butter cookie at The Land was Paul's outright favourite and big enough to share.
For value, the rugelach at L'Chaim is the clear winner because one stamp buys three pastries, not one cookie.
Which cookies can you skip?
The Prototype cookie at CommuniCore Hall tastes good — orange and dark chocolate — but it is hard, not chewy and does not break cleanly, which matters if you are sharing. The coffee mocha cookie is coffee-flavoured, so it is a poor choice for anyone who does not drink coffee.
And the cranberry oatmeal is the thinnest and crispiest of the thirteen if you prefer a soft cookie.
What do you get for completing the Cookie Stroll?
The 2025 prize was a Holiday Cookie Stroll spatula in icy blue silicone, printed with a Mickey cookie and the Spaceship Earth cookie, with the EPCOT logo on the handle.
It comes with a tube of holiday M&M's Minis and a peanut butter cookie recipe — the M&M's being the ingredient the recipe calls for, which makes the prize a small kit rather than a trinket. Redeem at Holiday Sweets and Treats near Port of Entry, using the pick-up side of the counter rather than the ordering queue.
Do the Cookie Stroll cookies sell out?
Yes, individually and without warning. The holiday sugar cookie at Connections Cafe had sold out minutes before we arrived, and we only got one because a fresh batch came out of the kitchen while we waited. That cookie is baked in house, which makes it the most likely to run out.
If a specific cookie is the reason for your visit, get it early in the day, not saving it for last.
