The short answer

Bar Riva is the open-air pool bar at the Riviera, open 11am to 10pm, with frozen cocktails, Provence rosé and spritzes at $15.50 to $18.50 and sandwiches, salads and pizza at $11.49 to $19.99. Magic-Ally Main Treats calls it the best pool bar at Walt Disney World and ranks it second of all bars.

Is it worth the money?

Yes, for a pool-bar lunch with a view. Magic-Ally Main Treats ranks it second of 22 and says it is the best pool bar at Walt Disney World. Disney Tourist Blog, 20th, calls it a family-friendly escape from the crowds of Hollywood Studios or EPCOT, a short Skyliner ride from both. It is 17th on our combination of four published bar rankings.
