Is it worth the money?
For guaranteed character interaction, yes. All five classic characters visit every table and the monorail runs through the room, which is a good backdrop for photographs. Book breakfast, not dinner — same characters, same price band, considerably better food. It is also extremely loud, which is fine with small children and unpleasant without them.
Who it’s right for
Families who want guaranteed time with all five classic characters in one sitting, and children who will be thrilled by the monorail running through the room. It is the most efficient character meal on property.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone who cares about the food, and anyone sensitive to noise — this is the loudest restaurant at Walt Disney World and it does not let up. Adults dining without children will find the price hard to justify for a buffet.
What is actually good
Buffet character dining, and the two meals are priced very differently: about $59 per adult at breakfast and $69 at dinner, plus tax and gratuity. The breakfast is meaningfully better food for ten dollars less, and Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto appear at both — so the cheaper meal is also the better one.
Portions
Unlimited buffet. Children under three eat free, which materially changes the arithmetic for a family with a toddler.

Allergy-friendly buffet items are marked and a chef will walk the buffet with you, which works better here than the à la carte alternatives.
