Is it worth the money?
For families with young children, this is the most efficient character meal in Magic Kingdom, and the reason is geography.
Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore come to the table, which means you meet four characters without joining four queues — and those queues in the park run 30 to 45 minutes each. An hour indoors at the end of Main Street replaces most of a morning.
The food is genuinely decent for a character buffet, which is a low bar and one it clears: the dinner carving station and the shrimp creole are better than they need to be.
At $64 an adult it is not cheap, and two adults without children are paying character prices for a hotel buffet. The other honest caution is volume — the glass conservatory is beautiful and acoustically brutal, and at peak it is one of the loudest rooms in the park.
Who it’s right for
Families with young children who want four characters in one sitting instead of four queues. Big eaters, since it is all-you-care-to-eat. Anyone who wants an air-conditioned hour in the middle of a Magic Kingdom day. And guests who booked late, since this releases more availability than Cinderella's Royal Table.
Who it’s wrong for
Adults without children, who pay character pricing for a buffet. Anyone sensitive to noise — the glass room is very loud at peak. Guests wanting à la carte cooking. And anyone hoping to meet princesses, which is Cinderella's Royal Table, not here.
What is actually good
Breakfast at $54 an adult and $35 a child is the standard buffet spread — eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries and fruit, with Joffrey's coffee.
Lunch and dinner at $64 and $44 are considerably better than the price suggests: carved prime rib, country fried chicken with black pepper gravy, shrimp creole, mashed potatoes, seasonal salads and pasta. Beer, wine and cocktails are available and not included.

Portions
Buffet, so as much as you want. The carving station at dinner is where the value is and where most people go back. Breakfast is the weaker spread and the one where the price feels highest for what arrives.
Allergies and dietary needs
Buffets are the hardest format for allergies and Disney handles this one better than most — ask for the chef on arrival and they will walk the line with you or plate separately from the kitchen. Plant-based options exist at all three services but are limited at breakfast.

Cinderella's Royal Table is princesses inside the castle at roughly double, prepaid, and among the hardest reservations at Walt Disney World. Crystal Palace is far easier to book and much better value.
