Is it worth the money?
For Southern comfort food with a band, yes. Just don't expect a quiet meal, or anything you couldn't get at a good chain.
The music is part of dinner. Kenny the Pirate, July 2025, found live music inside and out, with a band encouraging dancing — great fun, and loud. It called the po'boy and cornbread excellent and the restaurant "not to be missed".
The case for skipping it: Disney Food Blog, 2022, liked the jambalaya and gumbo but not the po'boy's dry bread. "This is a chain restaurant after all," it wrote; for more unique food on vacation, go elsewhere.
Look at the walls. Disney says the restaurant shows paintings and sculpture by more than 60 Delta-region artists. It also lists daily drink specials Monday to Thursday until 5:00 PM, and a weekend brunch with bottomless drinks options.
On the dining plan: Disney's own listing tags House of Blues for both the 2026 and 2027 table-service plans.
