Is it worth the money?
For the room, yes; for the food alone, it is a middling Disney Springs Italian. The reviews have said much the same since it opened.
The room is the strongest thing about it. Patina describes a 1930s airline-terminal-inspired space with views of Lake Buena Vista. Disney Food Blog, June 2025, liked the grand staircase and the travel posters.
The food gets mixed notices. Disney Food Blog found the chicken parmigiana dry, the lasagna light on cheese and the espresso martini bitter. Disney Tourist Blog, in 2018, called it overpriced for the quality but a solid top-ten Disney Springs restaurant. On DISboards in August 2023, one diner reported pre-cooked-tasting pasta and slow service. A reply said the restaurant is "generally empty for a reason"; others pushed back.
Opened in January 2018, alongside Enzo's Hideaway underneath and Pizza Ponte, per Chip and Company.
The 2027 dining plan is not confirmed. Disney's own listing tags Maria & Enzo's for the 2026 table-service plan but not yet 2027, and Disney Food Blog's 2027 list agrees. Enzo's Hideaway downstairs is already tagged for 2027.
Who it’s right for
Groups who want a handsome room and familiar Italian food at Disney Springs. Anyone after a lake view with dinner. Dining plan users in 2026.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone who wants the best Italian cooking at Walt Disney World. Anyone booking a 2027 trip on the dining plan until it confirms. Anyone who wants a cocktail-bar atmosphere — that is Enzo's Hideaway downstairs.
What is actually good

Eleven pastas and secondi, $29 to $56, averaging $34.77.
- Six pastas, $29 to $31, averaging $29.75: cheese ravioli, campanelle and paccheri at $29, spaghetti and meatballs $29.50, and rigatoni Bolognese and a lasagna rosette at $31. - Five secondi, $33 to $56, averaging $40.80: chicken parmigiana at $33, grilled salmon $37, whole branzino and a braised short rib at $39 each, and a plancha steak at $56.
Antipasti, $9.50 to $19: focaccia and olives at $9.50, prosciutto and melon $17, and calamari, meatballs and burrata $19. A salumi and cheese board for two is $36. Salads are $16 to $17.
Dolci, $12 to $16: mini cannoli and tiramisu at $16, the Coppa di Maria and a lemon olive-oil cake at $15, gelato and sorbetto $12.
Cocktails are mostly $17, with a $26 First-Class Ticket, a $25 gran riserva margarita and flights at $25 to $28.
Prices barely moved in fifteen months. Disney Food Blog paid $32 for the chicken parmigiana and $16 for the Coppa di Maria in June 2025. They are $33 and $15 now; the burrata and cannoli are unchanged at $19 and $16.
Disney bands it $$, "$15 to $34.99 per adult". The average of $34.77 sits at the very top of it, and four of the eleven pastas and secondi cost more than $34.99.
Portions
Full Italian portions — the pastas are mains, not a first course. Disney Food Blog found the burrata came with too little bread for its toppings.
Allergies and dietary needs
Vegetarians have several pastas, and Disney Food Blog ordered a gluten-free spaghetti alla chitarra in 2025, though it tasted store-bought to them. Disney's listing prints no allergy-friendly versions; Patina is the operator, so ask the restaurant.
