Is it worth the money?

For Old Key West guests, yes — it is the resort's only table-service restaurant and it is fairly priced for one. It is not worth crossing property for.

The prices are moderate. A $30.57 average entrée is at the low end of the Disney resort restaurants we have priced, and brunch at $20.00 a dish is one of the more reasonable sit-down mornings on property.

Plan around 6 October. If your trip spans it, a brunch you booked in September will not exist in October. From the 6th, Disney says breakfast, lunch and dinner replace it. Check the menu in My Disney Experience close to your date, because the new menus had not appeared when this page was written.

Some greens come from EPCOT. The Seasonal Market Salad, the pickles on the burger and the edible flowers on the coconut cake come from The Land pavilion's greenhouses, according to Disney's menu. It is a small detail, and a nice one.

What is actually good

The service pattern changes on 6 October 2026. Disney's page says: "Starting October 6, 2026, Olivia's Cafe will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brunch will be served through October 5." Until then, brunch runs 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM and dinner 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The breakfast and lunch menus that replace brunch were not on Disney's page yet. Chip and Company reported on 20 August 2026 that the new hours are breakfast 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, lunch 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and dinner unchanged at 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Other outlets report the same, but none cites a Disney statement, so treat those hours as reported rather than confirmed.

Seven dinner entrées, $25 to $39, averaging $30.57. A West Indian Tofu and Coconut Curry at $25 and a Bacon Jam Cheeseburger at $26. Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken at $27, Shrimp and Grits with andouille at $31, and a Grilled Pork Chop at $32. Then Mahi Mahi with a Chardonnay beurre blanc at $34 and a Slow-cooked Prime Rib at $39. There is also Captain Wahoo's Catch of the Day at market price, which is not counted.

Six appetisers, $10 to $17. Soup of the day at $10, hushpuppies with honey butter at $12, and a Seasonal Market Salad of greens from The Land pavilion at EPCOT at $12. Conch fritters with key lime-mustard and crab cakes are $16, and a shrimp cocktail $17. Five desserts, $10 to $11, including Key Lime Pie and a Bananas Foster made with warm banana bread.

Brunch, until 5 October: ten distinct dishes averaging $20.00. Olivia's Breakfast, the Sombrero Beach Omelet, Buttermilk Pancakes and a plant-based Papa's Hash are $17 each. Banana Bread French Toast is $20, a Tuna Poke Bowl $22, and Crab Cake-Eggs Benedict $26. The Caesar salad appears with no protein at $11, or with chicken, shrimp or salmon at $15 to $17. That is one dish, counted once at $11.

Disney bands both meals $$, "$15 to $34.99 per adult". Disney defines that as the average adult dinner entrée. At $30.57, the average sits inside it, and only the prime rib goes above.

Portions

Generous resort-restaurant plates. The Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken comes with a choice of breakfast sides or dinner sides and a biscuit, and is the heaviest thing on either menu. The hushpuppies and conch fritters are sized for the table.

Allergies and dietary needs

One of the better-documented menus on property for allergies. Disney's own allergy-friendly menu for Olivia's lists each dish against the specific allergens it is prepared for — gluten/wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, milk, peanut and tree nut, sesame and soy — rather than a general promise.

One catch: the allergy-friendly pork dish is a Mojo-brined Pork with quinoa and fig jus, a different recipe from the regular Grilled Pork Chop. Ordering from the allergy menu can mean a different dish, not just an adjusted one.

For vegetarians, the Tofu and Coconut Curry at $25 is the dinner main and Papa's Hash, with plant-based sausage and frittata, the brunch one.
