Is it worth the money?
For drinks on the water with live music, yes. For dinner, only if you are not particular.
The bar is the draw. Disney describes a "tequila tower" of 37 varieties, each 100% agave, an international rum bar, and live music from 5:00 PM until close. The restaurant's own site says 30-plus tequilas. There is a patio with its own outdoor bar, and two levels with big windows over the water.
The food keeps disappointing reviewers. Disney Food Blog's March 2026 review was headlined "This Disney World Restaurant Continues To Leave Us Wanting More". It liked the cocktails and the vibe, found the dishes short on flavour, and recommended it mainly for a last-minute table or for cocktails.
Night-time is loud. Disney pitches it after dark as a hotspot for adults; with a band and a full bar, expect noise.
The 2027 dining plan is not confirmed. Disney's own listing tags Paradiso 37 for the 2026 table-service plan but not yet 2027, and Disney Food Blog's 2027 list agrees.
Who it’s right for
Groups of adults who want margaritas, live music and a lake view. Anyone who needs a Disney Springs table at short notice. Tequila drinkers.

Anyone who wants the food to be the point. Anyone wanting a quiet dinner. Anyone booking a 2027 trip on the dining plan until it confirms.
What is actually good

Nine entrées, $29 to $44, averaging $34. A rotisserie half chicken, Baja fish tacos and a shrimp pasta — Dominican-style with sofrito, or New England-style with lobster cream — are $29 each. Smoked brisket is $31, St. Louis ribs $33, and filet and linguiça pinchos $35. Chilean salmon and lomo saltado are $38, and an Argentinian skirt steak $44. Four of the nine entrées cost more than $34.99.
Seven burgers and sandwiches, $22 to $27, averaging $24, including a plant-based burger at $23 and a Canadian bison burger at $27.
Eight appetizers, $19 to $24, averaging $20.88 — shrimp cocktail $19, empanadas and loaded yuca fries $20, calamari $23, and beef nachos $24. Salads are $21, and sides $8 to $11.
Disney's description and its menu disagree. The restaurant page promotes cedar-plank salmon and North Carolina-style pork ribs. The menu lists a Chilean salmon, grilled or Caribbean-style, and St. Louis-style ribs.
Disney bands it $$, "$15 to $34.99 per adult". The entrée average of $34 sits at the very top of it.
Portions
Disney Food Blog, March 2026, found the fish tacos light on fish and falling apart, and the yuca fries short on sauce. The burgers and sandwiches are the heartier order.
