Is it worth the money?
For the seat, yes; for the food alone, only just.
The "it's a small world" windows are the reason to come. TouringPlans and Disney Tourist Blog both single out the tables overlooking the ride's loading area, where the boats pass the glass. They are the most sought-after seats in the building, so arrive outside the noon rush if you want one.
TouringPlans' own recommendation is to walk a few steps to Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square, which it rates much more highly for food. That is fair: a flatbread here is a counter flatbread, and at peak lunch the main dining rooms are crowded and noisy.
Who it’s right for
Families with small children, who get the "it's a small world" view and a simple menu, and anyone already in Fantasyland who wants a quick, predictable lunch.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone after the best counter meal in the park, and anyone who cannot face a crowded dining room — go earlier or later than noon.
What is actually good
Flatbreads are the menu. Gourmet Cheese is $12.79, Pepperoni $12.99, and the featured Buffalo Chicken and the All-Meat are $13.29. The plant-based "Cheese" Pizza is $12.79.
The featured Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is $13.99 and Lemon Pepper-Parmesan Chicken Strips $12.99; four plain strips are $10.99. A Caesar Salad is $9.99, or $11.99 with chicken.
On the side, Bread Sticks are $6.99 and the tomato basil soup $4.29 — soup and a flatbread is the better order than fries. The Pinocchio Cookie Tart is $6.29.

A flatbread is one person's lunch, not a sharing pizza. Kids' meals run $7.49 for macaroni and cheese to $8.99 for two chicken strips, with a smaller pepperoni flatbread at $8.29.
