Which restaurants publish an allergen menu?

Disney's own menu service carries separate allergen menus at some locations and not others. We read every menu it publishes — 218 locations, 24,314 priced items, on 16 September 2026 — and counted them.

A resort food court is the most predictable meal of the day. Eleven of them publish all seven allergen menus Disney offers, and the largest are enormous: 339 allergen items at Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian, 315 at Primo Piatto at the Riviera, 305 at Roaring Fork at Wilderness Lodge and 276 at Landscape of Flavors at Art of Animation.

Every All-Star food court publishes all seven too.

A location with no published allergen menu is not a location that cannot feed you. Disney's process is to speak to a chef or a cast member when you order, and that is available whether or not there is a menu online.

What the published menu changes is planning: you can decide where to eat before you are standing in a queue with a hungry child.

Which park counters publish one?

Sixteen, and each publishes all seven of Disney's allergen menus except Sommerfest, which lists one item. Counts are of allergen-friendly items on Disney's menus of 16 September 2026.

Hollywood Studios is the best-covered park at six counters of 23, and EPCOT the thinnest at three of 43 — which is worth knowing, because EPCOT is the park people plan a whole day of eating around.

Which allergens does Disney publish menus for?

Seven, and the same seven nearly everywhere a menu exists: peanut and tree nut, fish and shellfish, sesame, egg, gluten and wheat, soy, and milk. Thirty-three to thirty-seven restaurants publish each one.

Disney's own dietary page lists nine allergens its restaurants can prepare without — eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat — so the published menus group them into seven pairs and singles rather than covering anything less.

Beyond those nine, Disney says its restaurants will "do their best" for less common requests, and names gluten, lactose, corn, citrus, nightshades and MSG as examples. Those have no published menu anywhere: they are a conversation at the counter.

When should you contact Disney in advance?

Disney asks you to email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com if anyone in your party has four or more allergy requests, needs pureed meals, or follows a medically restrictive diet such as very low protein. It asks that you write no earlier than 14 days before you arrive.

For anything short of that, Disney's instruction is to tell the cast member when you order. Its own wording on the limits is worth quoting rather than softening: restaurants "take reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests" but Disney "cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests".

Disney also lists common diet requests it handles without a form — low-carbohydrate, low-fat, low-sodium, no-sugar-added and plant-based — again by telling the cast member when you order.
