Primo Piatto is the Riviera's counter, on the ground floor by the pool with lake views: beef Bolognese at $14.99, a meatball sandwich at $13.19, croque monsieur at $13.69 and Margherita pizza at $13.29, and breakfasts like blueberry-lemon pancakes at $11.79. The kitchen is open to the dining room.

Is it worth the money?
Very good. Wandering in Disney (March 2025) rated it 9.5 out of 10 — a step above most counter-service spots, with real plates if you order at the counter and fresh iced tea for refillable mugs. Resorts Gal (updated January 2026) almost always mobile orders here.
Who it’s right for
Anyone on the Skyliner line who wants the best counter meal nearby, and breakfast before the parks.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone who wants the familiar food court menu — only the waffles and chicken strips come from it.
What is actually good
Beef Bolognese at $14.99, which Wandering in Disney thought belonged on a table-service menu, and the $13.19 meatball sandwich, one of the best sandwiches it has had at Walt Disney World. Croque monsieur is $13.69, croque madame $12.99, pepperoni and Margherita pizzas $13.29, a grilled vegetable pita $13.79 and cheddar burgers $13.99 and $14.69.
Breakfast is the draw for many: blueberry-lemon pancakes $11.79, a breakfast pizza $10.79, a breakfast panini $8.79 and a $13.49 platter. Prices checked 12 September 2026, from Disney's own menu.
Portions
Wandering in Disney found a hefty portion of beef in the Bolognese. Kids' shrimp or chicken plates are $9.29 and $9.49.
