Is it worth the money?
For the terrace, yes. For the food, it depends what you expected.
This is one of a small number of World Showcase tables with an actual view of the lagoon, and the outdoor seating on the promenade side is the reason to book it. Disney's own description leads with the waterfront view rather than the cooking, which is honest of them.
The food is competent Mediterranean sharing plates at fair prices — $10 to $15 is not expensive by EPCOT standards, and the hummus fries and the cauliflower are better than they need to be. What catches people out is the arithmetic: eight small plates at an average of $11.88 reads cheap and then three of them plus a $17.50 cocktail is $53.
It is dinner only, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There is no lunch service, which is the single most common planning mistake with this restaurant — people walk up at two in the afternoon and find it shut.
It is also the wrong booking for a table of small children. The menu is shared plates of lamb, shrimp and cauliflower with no separate children's offering worth the name.
Who it’s right for
Two adults who want a waterfront table and a drink rather than a full dinner. Vegetarians, who get three plates including the two cheapest. Anyone assembling a grazing evening around World Showcase instead of committing to one restaurant. People who want to sit outside at EPCOT after four o'clock.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone wanting lunch — there is none. Families with young children, who will find nothing aimed at them. Anyone expecting a full plated dinner for the price of a small plate. And anyone booking on Disney's $15 to $34.99 band, which describes neither the $10 food nor the $53 evening.

The drinks cost more than the food. Specialty beverages run $15.50 to $17.50 — three mimosas at $15.50, a Moroccan Mule, Medina Mixer and Sahara Spritz at $17.50, an iced mint tea at $16.50. Wine and sangria by the glass sit around $11 to $14.
Three plates is a meal and costs about $36. Add a cocktail and you are at $53 a head before tip, which is why the per-person figure here is higher than the menu first suggests.
Disney bands this restaurant $$ — "$15 to $34.99 per adult" — and nothing on the food menu reaches $15 except the shrimp. The band is one of four fixed tiers rather than a reading of this menu, and for a small-plates restaurant it means very little in either direction.
Portions
Genuinely small, and the menu does not pretend otherwise. These are tapas-sized plates meant to be shared and ordered in rounds. One plate is a snack, two is a light meal, three is dinner. A table of four ordering six to eight plates between them is the way it is designed to work, and the bill lands where a table-service entrée would have.
Allergies and dietary needs
Strong for vegetarians by World Showcase standards: three of the eight plates are vegetarian as written — Hummus Fries $10, Crispy Pomegranate-Chili Cauliflower $11 and the Lemon-Vegetable Couscous Tagine $13 — and they include the two cheapest things on the menu. Sharing plates also makes a mixed-diet table easy in a way a fixed entrée menu does not. Allergies go through Disney's standard chef-to-table process.
