Is it worth the money?

Yes, if you are staying in Trinidad or changing at the Skyliner hub. Disney Tourist Blog calls it an under-the-radar gem that delivers at every meal, and Resorts Gal used it far more than expected, mostly because Trinidad is a long walk from everything else. It is a covered open-air counter, not a dining room: take it to go when it is cold or wet.

Guests in Trinidad, and anyone at the Caribbean Beach Skyliner hub who wants breakfast without the walk to Old Port Royale.

Anyone wanting a sit-down meal or air conditioning: Sebastian's Bistro is the resort's table service.

The Cuban sandwich and the mojo pork and rice bowl, $12.99 each, are the Caribbean end of the menu, with jerk BBQ chicken strips with pineapple salsa at $12.99 and a jerk chicken salad wrap at $11.99. The burgers are the resort standard: cheeseburger $12.49, bacon cheeseburger $14.19, plant-based burger $14.49. Three mojo pork tacos are $9.99.
