What are the amphicars?

Vintage 1960s convertible cars that drive down a ramp into the lake and cruise it as boats. They run past the restaurant windows all evening and rides are booked separately from dining — they are not included and they sell out. It is the reason the waterfront tables are worth asking for.

Is it worth the money?

For the food alone, it is fine and expensive. For the setting, it is one of the better evenings at Disney Springs.

The restaurant sits on the water with the vintage amphicars — the 1960s convertibles that drive into the lake — running past the windows all evening, and you can book a ride separately. The raw bar is genuinely good and the Gibsons beef is properly sourced, which is more than most Disney Springs steak claims.

Steaks are Gibsons Heritage beef: NY Steak & Fries $42.50, Petite Filet Mignon $60, Boneless Ribeye $65, New York Strip $68 and Filet Mignon $74. Two Gibsons Prime cuts sit above them, the W.R.'s Chicago Cut at $91 and a Porterhouse at $125.

Fish runs $38 to $48.50: Cedar Planked Salmon $38, Pan-Roasted Corvina $41, Coriander Seared Yellowfin Tuna $44.50 and Pan-Seared Gulf Grouper $48.50. Maine Lobster Tail Oscar is $68 and a Gulf Lobster Tail $72.

Starters run $9 to $27.50; the Firecracker Shrimp at $18.75 and Oysters Rockefeller at $27.50 are the ones tables order.
