Signature
Tiffins Restaurant
The short answer
The signature restaurant at Animal Kingdom, and the best food in the park by a distance. Entrees run $38 to $59 and the bread service is $20. It is quiet, adult-leaning and rarely full, which makes it the easiest good reservation at Walt Disney World.

Is it worth the money?
Yes, and it is the least contested good meal on property.
Animal Kingdom closes earlier than the other parks and most guests leave to eat elsewhere, so Tiffins is bookable when Space 220 and 'Ohana are not. The food is genuinely the best in the park and among the better signature meals anywhere at Walt Disney World, and the room is calm in a way almost nothing at Disney is.
Against that: at roughly $75 a head before drinks it is signature pricing, the portions are restrained, and children who want familiar food will not enjoy it. If your party is four adults, book it. If it includes a six-year-old, book Nomad Lounge next door instead and eat the same kitchen's food for half the money.
Who it’s right for
Adults on an Animal Kingdom day who want a real meal instead of fuel. Anyone who has struggled to get a signature reservation elsewhere. Guests who want quiet — this is one of the calmest dining rooms in any park. And anyone interested in food beyond theme-park American.
Who it’s wrong for
Families with young children who want recognisable food. Anyone in a hurry, since this is a two-hour meal in a park that closes early. Guests on a budget, at roughly $75 a head. And anyone who wants big portions for the price.
What is actually good
The Tiffins Signature Bread Service at $20 is the thing people come back for and the item most worth ordering before you decide anything else. Grilled Beef Tenderloin is $59, Oaxacan Pork Duo and Whole-fried Catch of the Day $52, Butter Chicken $43, Shrimp & Grits and the Signature Burger $42, and the Regional Curry Tasting $38 — which is the best-value plate on the menu and the most interesting.
Appetisers run $11 to $23. Desserts are $11 to $14: a chocolate travel cake and a cardamom caramel flan at $14, and a plant-based sorbet trio at $11. The African Pot de Crème that older reviews recommend is no longer on Disney's menu. Prices from Disney's menu, 13 September 2026.
Portions
Signature-sized, which means smaller than a theme-park plate and correctly balanced. Two courses is a meal for most people; three is a lot. The bread service is genuinely shareable across four.
Allergies and dietary needs
Among the strongest in any Disney park. The Regional Curry Tasting, a Thai green and an Indian red curry, is plant-based and on the main menu, not on request, as is The Land Salad, and the kitchen handles allergies with a chef visit as standard. The Regional Curry Tasting adapts well.
Common questions
- Is Tiffins hard to book?
- No, and that is unusual for a restaurant this good. Animal Kingdom closes earlier than the other parks and most guests eat elsewhere, so Tiffins often has availability inside a week when 'Ohana and Space 220 have none. If you have been shut out of the hard reservations, this is the one to try.
- How much does Tiffins cost?
- Entrees run $38 to $59 — Regional Curry Tasting at $38 up to Grilled Beef Tenderloin at $59. Appetisers are $11 to $23, the signature bread service $20, and desserts $11 to $14. Two courses and a drink lands around $75 a head before tax and tip. Prices checked 9 September 2026.
- What should you order at Tiffins?
- The Tiffins Signature Bread Service at $20, which is what the restaurant is known for and shares across four. Then the Regional Curry Tasting at $38 if you want the most interesting plate, or the Grilled Beef Tenderloin at $59 if you want the most conventional one.
- Is Tiffins good for children?
- Not especially. The menu is global and adult-leaning, portions are restrained, and the room is quiet enough that a restless child is conspicuous. Nomad Lounge next door shares the kitchen, takes walk-ups, costs far less and suits a family much better.
- Tiffins or Nomad Lounge?
- Same building, same kitchen, different proposition. Tiffins is a full signature meal at around $75 a head with a reservation. Nomad Lounge is a lounge with shareable plates, takes walk-ups and costs roughly half. For adults with time, Tiffins. For anyone else, Nomad.
