Is it worth the money?
Reasonable, and it is the Magic Kingdom table people most often overlook for the wrong reason.
The food is competent Italian-American and priced fairly for inside a park — $31.50 average for a secondo is less than Tutto Italia's $41.20 at EPCOT for broadly similar cooking. The theming is genuine: it is built around Lady and the Tramp's first kiss, and the fountain and the details reward a look.
It closes at 7:00 PM. That is the fact that decides whether to book it. Tony's sits on Town Square with a view up Main Street toward the castle, and it is shut before the fireworks. A 5:00 PM booking here is an early dinner, not an evening.
What it is good for is the opposite end of the day. It is the first table-service restaurant inside the gates, which makes it the easy lunch when a morning has gone long, and it is among the easiest Magic Kingdom reservations to get — Be Our Guest and Cinderella's Royal Table absorb the demand.
Lunch and dinner are banded identically at $15 to $34.99, so the usual advice that lunch costs less does not apply here in the way it does elsewhere.
Who it’s right for
Anyone wanting a sit-down lunch without leaving Magic Kingdom or fighting for a booking. Families — a proper children's menu at $11.50 to $12.50 and pasta everyone recognises. Vegetarians and anyone plant-based, who get a main at the same price as the meat version. Anyone leaving the park mid-afternoon who wants to eat on the way out.
Who it’s wrong for
Anyone planning dinner around the fireworks; it closes at 7:00 PM. Anyone looking for the best Italian on property, which is not this. And anyone expecting a quiet room — it is the first restaurant inside the busiest park's entrance.

Disney bands both lunch and dinner $$, "$15 to $34.99 per adult", and the eight-secondi average of $31.50 sits inside it. Three exceed the ceiling. This is one of the better-fitting badges we have priced, which is worth noting only because so many are not.
Portions
Italian-American generous. The pasta dishes at $26 to $29 are full plates and the garlic bread at $14 is built for a table rather than a person. Nobody needs an antipasto and a secondo unless they are sharing.
Allergies and dietary needs
Better than it looks. The Spaghetti and Impossible Meatballs at $29 is a genuine plant-based main at the same price as the meat version rather than a surcharge, the Rigatoni alla Vodka at $26 is vegetarian, and there is a plant-based affogato on the dessert list. Three salads cover the lighter end. Gluten is the usual Italian problem and is handled through Disney's chef-to-table process.
