Is it worth the money?
For a family sharing a Mezzo Metro, yes — and it is one of the few table services in World Showcase where the arithmetic actually favours you. $48 to $60 feeds four to five, which lands near $13 a head for food that is better than any counter service in EPCOT.
For two people ordering individual pizzas at $22 to $26 each, it is ordinary value and you would eat as well at the Italy counter service for less.
The part to avoid is the secondi. Filet mignon at $49 and branzino at $39 in a pizzeria are the dishes to skip; the kitchen is built around the wood-fired ovens and it shows in what comes out of them. Order pizza, order it large, and share it.
Who it’s right for
Families of four or five, where a Mezzo Metro is the best-value table service meal in World Showcase. Gluten-free diners, who get a genuinely good base here. Big groups. And anyone who wants a proper sit-down meal in EPCOT without signature pricing.
Who it’s wrong for
Couples, who lose the size advantage that makes this good value. Anyone wanting a quiet meal — the room is loud and the acoustics are hard. Plant-based diners. And anyone tempted by the secondi, which are the weakest and dearest part of the menu.
What is actually good
Pizza is what to order and the size is the decision. Individual $22 to $26, Large $36 to $45, and Mezzo Metro — a metre-long half-pizza — $48 to $60, which feeds four to five and is where the value is. Margherita, Quattro Formaggi and Meat Lover are the reliable three.
Pasta $28 to $30. Secondi are the weak point and the expensive one: chicken parmesan $34, branzino $39, filet mignon $49 — none of them the reason anyone books here. Starters $8.50 to $39, desserts $12 to $19, kids' items $11.50 to $12. Prices checked 9 September 2026.
Portions
Large, and the pizza sizing is the whole trick. Two adults ordering individual pizzas spend $44 to $52 and eat the same food a Mezzo Metro would give four people for $48 to $60. Order up a size and share.
Allergies and dietary needs
Gluten-free pizza bases are available and reliably good, which is rarer than it should be. Vegetarians are well served by the pizza and pasta menus. Plant-based diners have less, since cheese is most of the menu.
