Where is Guest Relations at Disney World? Every location, and what it can and cannot do
The short answer
Every theme park has at least two: a window outside the entrance for ticket problems, and a lobby just inside for everything else. At Magic Kingdom the lobby is City Hall on Main Street; EPCOT has three, including one at International Gateway. Disney Springs, both water parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports have one too.
Where is Guest Relations in each Disney World park?
Disney lists 13 Guest Relations locations. Every theme park has a window outside the gates, so you can sort out a ticket before you go through the turnstiles, and a lobby inside:

The names are Disney's. The landmarks, such as which side of the entrance and which building, come from KennythePirate's 2023 guide.
Each one keeps its park's or complex's normal hours, Disney says.
What can Guest Relations help with?
Disney's own list is short: accessibility information, help for international guests including currency exchange, dining reservations, lost and found, separated guests, services for guests with disabilities, and ticket information and upgrades.
Two useful things are easy to miss:
- Maps in other languages. Each park's Guest Relations has its own map in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, and the other parks' maps in English.
- Separated guests. Helping reunite lost children and separated parties is on Disney's list.
KennythePirate's longer list adds adding days or a Park Hopper to a ticket, fixing My Disney Experience problems, booking tours and dessert parties, and handing out celebration buttons.
What Guest Relations can no longer do
Some of the advice still online is out of date, and the sources disagree.
- Disability Access Service. KennythePirate's 2023 guide lists DAS sign-ups at Guest Relations. Since Disney's May 2024 changes, you can only register by live video chat, as our DAS guide explains. Guest Relations can still help once you have it.
- Genie+. The same guide mentions Genie+ problems. Genie+ was replaced by Lightning Lane Multi Pass in 2024.
- Ticket upgrades. The Disney Food Blog wrote in 2022 that Guest Relations could not upgrade tickets. Disney's page today lists "ticket information and upgrades" among its services.
- Languages. Maps came in six languages.6 Disney now lists four.
Where a blog and Disney disagree, go with Disney's current page, and ask at the window if it matters.
When is the best time to go to Guest Relations?
Not at opening. The Disney Food Blog's advice is that the park Guest Relations windows are at their busiest at rope drop, when everyone with a ticket problem arrives at once. It suggests mid to late afternoon, or on your way out.
Disney Springs is the reverse: go early, because it fills up from late afternoon.
For small questions you may not need Guest Relations at all. Disney's Guest Experience Team, in blue shirts, works around the parks and can help with general park information, My Disney Experience, wait times and lost and found.
Where do you report lost items or get first aid?
Lost items: Disney now handles lost property online. You fill in a form, get a claim number by email, and Disney says its team will update you within 48 hours. That covers the parks, water parks, Disney Springs, the hotels and Disney transport.
First aid is separate from Guest Relations. Each theme park and water park has a First Aid centre, open during park hours, with over-the-counter medicines, bandages and a fridge for medicines that need one.
For more, Disney points to the AdventHealth Centra Care urgent care clinic on Apopka Vineland Road, open 7 a.m. to midnight every day, with free transport from First Aid or your hotel's front desk. In an emergency, dial 911.

- Where is Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom?
- In City Hall, on Town Square at the entrance end of Main Street, U.S.A., just inside the park. There is also a Guest Relations window outside the entrance, on the right, for ticket problems before you go in.
- Where is Guest Relations at EPCOT?
- There are three: a window at the main entrance, a lobby inside in World Celebration, in the Connections Eatery building, and a lobby at the International Gateway entrance between the UK and France pavilions.
- Can I register for DAS at Guest Relations?
- No. Since Disney's May 2024 changes, Disability Access Service registration is by live video chat only, up to 60 days before your visit. Guest Relations can still help with other accessibility questions.
- What is the difference between Guest Relations and Guest Services?
- On Disney's website, Guest Services is the section covering everything from strollers to first aid. Guest Relations is the specific desk at each park that handles tickets, reservations, lost and found, separated guests and accessibility.
- When is Guest Relations open?
- During the normal operating hours of its park or complex, Disney says. The windows outside the theme parks are busiest at opening, so mid to late afternoon is usually quicker.
