Because central Florida makes the decision for you. Canada's waterfall overlook, up the stairs past the shops, is genuinely the quietest seating in World Showcase, and it has no shade whatsoever, which makes it unusable between roughly eleven and four for most of the year. It is a superb spot on an overcast day or in January, and a mistake in July.
