What it’s actually like

You are whipped in a circle at moderate speed with sharp direction changes. No drops and nothing dark, but the whipping motion is more forceful than it looks and unsettles some adults more than children.

Rougher than it looks, and this is the thing worth knowing. The saucers whip you sideways in sharp jerks rather than swinging smoothly, and the sudden changes of direction are hard on backs and necks. Adults are frequently more uncomfortable than the children they took on.
