Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway is a trackless dark ride on Hollywood Boulevard with no height requirement, running about five minutes. It is the only ride at Walt Disney World starring Mickey Mouse himself, and it is gentle enough for the youngest child in the party while still being inventive.

What it’s actually like

Built into the old Great Movie Ride building. The trackless system does things a conventional dark ride cannot, and the ride is best appreciated by watching the vehicles rather than the screens.

Slow and trackless, moving in unexpected directions, not quickly. No drops and no darkness that would frighten. Loud and visually busy — the disorientation, if any, comes from how much is happening rather than from the motion.
