Is it worth the money?
Yes, and it is the buffet worth travelling for. Around $58 a head at dinner for food that is properly cooked, not merely held warm — the wood grill is real and the soups are made from scratch. Pair it with Sanaa on different nights, not choosing between them; they are in different buildings of the same resort and do different jobs.
Who it’s right for
Adventurous eaters and anyone tired of the standard theme-park buffet. The breadth is genuinely unusual, the soups alone justify the trip, and it handles a mixed group with different tastes better than almost anywhere on property.
Who it’s wrong for
Very selective eaters, who will find little that is familiar and end up paying buffet prices for bread and salad. It is also a poor choice if you want a quiet, unhurried dinner — it is a busy buffet in a busy lodge.
What is actually good
Dinner buffet at $58 per adult and $34 per child aged 3 to 9, plus tax and gratuity. The soups are the thing, particularly the coconut curry and the chilled soups, served in small cups so you can work through several. Breakfast is cheaper and is a different, smaller offering.

Excellent. The buffet is labelled, a chef walks it with you, and the breadth of the menu means most dietary needs are met from the standard offering.
