Is it worth the money?

Yes. It is one of the best settings at a moderate resort, and the prices are moderate too. Wandering in Disney called it one of the better value plays at the resort in August 2026 and rated it 8.5 out of 10.

You cannot book it ahead. Disney's own restaurant listing tags Three Bridges as walk-up waitlist, with no reservations-accepted tag. Two other Coronado Springs table-service restaurants, Rix and Maya Grill, carry both. WDWInfo explained how it works in December 2023. The restaurant does not appear in the app at 60 days or on the day. You join the waitlist in the app once you are near the restaurant, or at the host stand. That makes it far easier for people staying at Coronado Springs than for anyone else.

It is open-air. The dining room sits under a wooden roof with no walls, so it is covered from rain but not from Florida heat or cold. There are regular tables, low lounge chairs and a fireplace. WDWInfo also mentions possible glimpses of EPCOT or Hollywood Studios fireworks.

What reviewers criticise: the steak and the chicken. Wandering in Disney wrote in August 2026 that the steak is not the best at the resort, and that the chicken salad had too much going on. WDWInfo's children missed chicken fingers — the kids' menu has grilled chicken and a chicken quesadilla, not tenders.

Sangria University has moved. WDWInfo said in 2023 that the ticketed sangria class was held inside Three Bridges. Disney's own page for it now says to check in at Toledo, the rooftop restaurant in Gran Destino Tower. It runs Saturdays and Sundays, lasts about 90 minutes, and is 21 and over.

As a bar, the lists split. Magic-Ally Main Treats ranks it the best bar at Walt Disney World, Ziggy Knows Disney sixth and Disney Tourist Blog 13th, which says it would be top five on personal preference alone. That puts it seventh on our combination of four published bar rankings.

What is actually good

Seven entrées, $18 to $30, averaging $25. A soy-glazed tofu poke bowl (plant-based) is $18. Pork carnitas tacos with black beans and rice are $23, and the Three Bridges signature pressed burger, with bacon, white cheddar and caramelized onions, is $24. Chicken Rioja with a chili relleno and yuca fries is $25, an ahi tuna poke bowl $27, and steak frites $28. The top is plancha-seared mahi mahi and shrimp in Thai red coconut curry at $30.

Six starters, $9 to $19, averaging $14.33. Chips and salsa are $9. The queso and chorizo dip, guacamole with blue crab escabeche and a patacón with chicken tinga are $14 each, and gochujang chicken wings $16. A trio of dips — guacamole, roasted corn dip and queso — is $19. Two berry salads are $19 with chicken and $23 with steak.

Three desserts, $9 to $11: fruit sorbet, warm churros with tequila caramel, and a coconut tres leches flancocho.

The sangria is the bar's calling card. Four house sangrias are $16.50 a glass or $44 a pitcher, and a flight of all four is $25. Cocktails run $15.50 to $18.50.

A real kids' menu: create-your-own plates at $10.50 to $12.50 with two sides and a drink.

Disney bands it $$, "$15 to $34.99 per adult". The entrée average of $25 sits inside it.

Portions

Normal restaurant portions, and the starters are built for sharing — Disney heads them "Spreadable, Dippable, Shareable". A trio of dips and a round of sangria is a full evening for some tables.

Allergies and dietary needs

Two dishes are marked plant-based on the main menu: the tofu poke bowl and chips and salsa, plus the fruit sorbet. Kids get plant-based Impossible tacos. Disney prints an allergy-friendly version of almost the whole menu, with the allergens each dish is for, and says you must speak to a cast member about the request.
