What to do in Germany at EPCOT

The short answer

The Germany pavilion opened in 1982. It has 2 attractions, shows and meets, 2 places to eat and drink and 5 shops. To see: Entertainment at Germany Gazebo. You can meet Snow White. The cheapest meal on our pages here is Sommerfest, about $13 a head.

It is a German town built from different eras and regions, its St George statue modelled on the one in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

  • Das Kaufhaus
    The pavilion’s main shop; it stayed open on 6 September 2026 while construction shut most of Volkskunst.
  • Der Teddybar
    Steiff plush, German toys and Snow White and Rapunzel dolls.
  • Glaskunst
    Glassware and steins, with etching and engraving.
  • Karamell-Küche
    Caramel treats made on site, with Werther’s Original.
  • Volkskunst
    Mostly shut behind construction on 6 September 2026, leaving only a small Christmas section.

Around the lagoon

Every pavilion has a Kidcot Fun Stop, where children colour and collect a stamp from each country, on Disney’s own description. Next door round the lagoon: China and Italy. Or see all eleven pavilions.
