The short answer

The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! is a 30-minute outdoor stunt show at Echo Lake in Hollywood Studios: scenes from Raiders of the Lost Ark with a rolling boulder, fights, falls and an exploding plane, and demonstrations of how the stunts are done. It runs several times a day and stops for bad weather.
