Disney World character dining: every character meal, who you meet and what it costs in 2026

Which Disney World restaurants have character dining?

Twelve, by Disney's own menu data, which labels each meal "Character Dining"; we read all of it on 15 September 2026. Prices are per person before tax and gratuity, adult then child (3 to 9).

The character line-ups are from Disney's restaurant pages where it names them, and Disney Food Blog's character-by-character list where it says only "and friends".

What is the cheapest character meal at Disney World?

Breakfast at Garden Grill, Hollywood & Vine or Cape May Cafe, each $49 an adult and $33 a child. For two adults and two children that is $164 before tax and gratuity, against $286 for dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Breakfast is the saving at every restaurant that serves both. The gap is $15 at Hollywood & Vine, $13 at Garden Grill and Cinderella's Royal Table, $12 at Tusker House, $11 at 1900 Park Fare, $10 at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace, and $7 at Akershus.

The cheapest ways to see Mickey himself are the $49 breakfasts at Garden Grill and Hollywood & Vine. Chef Mickey's is the only meal with all five of the Fab Five, at $59 for breakfast.

Which character meals need a park ticket?

Six are inside the theme parks: Crystal Palace and Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom, Garden Grill and Akershus at EPCOT, Hollywood & Vine and Tusker House. Disney's restaurant pages say valid admission is required, and a park reservation may be too, depending on your ticket.

The other six are at the resorts, and anyone can book them: 'Ohana, Cape May Cafe, Topolino's Terrace, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's and Artist Point. They make a good arrival-day or departure-day meal, or a morning off between park days. Chef Mickey's is on the monorail and Topolino's Terrace on the Skyliner.

Pick the character meal by who your children want to meet, because each restaurant has its own cast.

• Minnie in a themed party — Hollywood & Vine, whose Halloween Dine runs from 16 August to 3 November 2026, then Holiday Dine and, from 7 January 2027, Silver Screen Dine

Is there character dining outside Disney's own restaurants?

Yes, one. Ravello, at the Four Seasons Orlando on Disney property, runs a character breakfast with Goofy on Thursdays and Saturdays only, at $56 an adult and $36 a child, according to its menu on Disney's site. It is run by the hotel, not by Disney, which is why it is missing from the twelve above.
