A wheelchair-accessible boat with a fold-down ramp loads at a separate dock — tell a cast member at the entrance rather than joining the standby queue. An ECV user transfers to a wheelchair first; a power wheelchair boards as it is. On the standard boats the loading belt slows but does not stop unless you ask, and cast members stop it without fuss.

What it’s actually like

Slow throughout with no drops, no darkness that frightens and nothing startling. Bright, loud and relentlessly cheerful. Genuinely suitable for a newborn, and one of very few rides where a sleeping toddler will stay asleep.

Around ten to eleven minutes. Disney's own page calls it a ten-minute journey; we hold eleven. The difference is loading time rather than a dispute, and either way it is one of the longest sit-down rides in the park for one of the shortest queues.

No. Ten minutes was its 2025–26 average and nineteen its average daily peak, and the boats load continuously so the posted figure reads worse than the line behaves. Save the slot for Peter Pan's Flight.
