A free park-wide activity from Up, in which children collect badges by completing short tasks with cast members stationed around the park. There are more than thirty badges, each involving a real conversation rather than a stamp, and a handbook to keep.

How long does Wilderness Explorers take?

As long as you let it — a full sweep of all the badges takes the best part of a day, which is why the record here says three hours rather than a fixed running time. Most families collect a dozen or so while walking between other things.

Where do you start Wilderness Explorers?

At the headquarters just over the bridge from The Oasis, near the Tree of Life, where you collect the handbook. Individual badge stations are marked across every land, and you can start and stop as often as you like.

Is Wilderness Explorers worth doing?
