The short answer
Na'vi River Journey is a four-minute boat ride through bioluminescent Pandora with no height requirement and nothing frightening in it at all. It is beautiful, it is very short, and the posted wait is almost always longer than four minutes of ride time can justify.

What it’s actually like
The scenery is extraordinary and the ride is over quickly. Worth doing once; rarely worth an hour.
Slow throughout, no drops, no darkness that frightens. Genuinely one of the gentlest rides on property and suitable for the youngest visitors. The Shaman of Songs animatronic at the end was billed as the most advanced Audio-Animatronics figure Walt Disney Imagineering had designed when it opened in 2017.
